Every sofa is built to order, so yours leaves our workshop 4–7 weeks after you place the order. We deliver Tuesday to Saturday and call 24 hours before with a 2-hour window. Two delivery operatives bring the sofa into your room of choice, assemble it, and remove all packaging.
Vacuum the cushions weekly with a soft brush. Rotate them monthly to even out wear. Spot-clean spills with cool water and a clean cotton cloth — work from the outside in. For deeper cleaning, the covers come off and dry-clean perfectly. Avoid direct sunlight, which fades the warmest tones over time.
Choose your orientation, fabric and any add-ons, then add to basket and check out securely. Prefer to talk it through? Request a callback or order by phone — our team will place the order for you and confirm everything by email.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and Apple Pay. Spread the cost with Klarna or 0% finance over 6–48 months. Every payment is encrypted and processed securely.

"My sofa bed was delivered within the lead time I was quoted on purchase, and the delivery time slot was honoured. It arrived during extreme weather conditions and to a difficult access property — the delivery team were friendly and efficient, and myself and my family are thrilled with our new sofa."

"I had my doubts about ordering a sofa online, but Furniture Story turned out to be amazing. The sofa arrived three weeks earlier than expected, the delivery team was extremely helpful — they brought it up to my flat and took away all the rubbish — and it looks exactly like it does in the photos. Absolutely delighted!"
"We had a great experience with Furniture Story from start to finish. Communication was clear, delivery was as expected, and the furniture met our expectations. We are very pleased with the service and would happily recommend them."
