Please note that our seats are designed with comfort and style in mind. During use, you may notice natural creasing of the fabric on the seat surface. This is a typical characteristic of soft foam seats, which adds unique character and emphasises the softness of the furniture, ensuring its cosiness. We are delighted to supply products that live alongside you and your home, gaining character over time.
Every sofa is built to order, so yours leaves our workshop 4–7 weeks after you place the order. We deliver Tuesday to Saturday and call 24 hours before with a 2-hour window. Two delivery operatives bring the sofa into your room of choice, assemble it, and remove all packaging.
Vacuum the cushions weekly with a soft brush. Rotate them monthly to even out wear. Spot-clean spills with cool water and a clean cotton cloth — work from the outside in. For deeper cleaning, the covers come off and dry-clean perfectly. Avoid direct sunlight, which fades the warmest tones over time.
