So…. you chose your dream piece, placed the order, our logistics staff advised you of the estimated expected delivery date.  ‘Now what?’ You might ask.

The final delivery logistics of your “chosen one” is in our good hands.  This is how it works: Once the order arrives at our warehouse we will contact you to set up a mutually suitable delivery time.  We deliver Monday to Friday, 8 am  – 6 pm.

Check your room size, before the item is delivered it is your responsibility to ensure that you have measured your space and compared this to the measurements of the sofa. If the sofa is to large and is not suitable for your space we will deduct the return transport cost from your refund.

Our well trained and experienced delivery team members will deliver your furniture on the appointed day, at the appointed time, assemble the furniture on site in the location of choice at your home, remove all delivery packaging to be recycled, and wish you long enjoyment of your new addition to your home.

There are days when there are more orders to be delivered than there are hours in the day.  On those rare occasions, rather than delay your delivery until we are caught up, the Furniture Store engages a trusted delivery partner to deliver on our behalf.

Delivery cost within an approximate 65 mile radius of Central London is included in the purchase price.  Outside the Central London delivery zone a freight delivery differential for your area will apply.  Please refer to the chart below to identify your delivery zone.   Please note, for delivery rates to the Islands and Ulster we request that you give us a call at +442039871552
