What should I expect on the day of delivery?

Our professional 2-man delivery team will handle everything for you. They’ll bring the sofa into your home, unwrap and assemble it in the room of your choice, and then take away the packaging, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

I live in a block of flats without a lift?

Not a problem! When placing your order, mention your floor level in the comment box. Please note, if there are more than two flights of stairs, a carry charge may apply.

What is the estimated delivery time?

For in-stock sofas, you can expect delivery within 5-7 days from the order date. Made-to-order sofas, on the other hand, take approximately 4-7 weeks from order to delivery.

Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, we only provide delivery services within the UK and do not offer international shipping.

Can you dispose of my old sofa?

Absolutely! We can responsibly dispose of your old sofa for a charge of £100+VAT per sofa. Contact our customer service team to arrange this service, and we’ll do it on the same day as your new sofa delivery.

Is it possible to reschedule my delivery?

Certainly! You can reschedule your delivery once without any fees. Just make sure to inform us the previous working day. Please refer to our T&Cs.
